When booking your accommodation you already receive transfers from the Airport in which you are taken straight to your unit and a complimentary half day introductory tour of Norfolk Island so you can get to know all the surroundings in which you will also enjoy morning or afternoon tea depending on what time of the day you go, this is usually held the day after you arrive. At the end of your stay our transfer bus takes you to Airport to insure you don’t miss your flight .) Car hire can be pre-booked and for those not wanting to cater for themselves, our on-site café, The Black Rock Café is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
We offer fantastic Hot Deals and Specials all year round which can be either discounted rates or extra tours and pampering packages.
For groups of 10 or more adults we offer special group rates and you can also choose to have breakfast included and this can either be your choice of Cooked Breakfast or Continental Breakfast served in our new on-site café, The Black Rock Café. open for breakfast and lunch daily.
For families with children we can provide cots and high chairs which are all free of charge. We offer special rates for children less than 12 years of age while babies under 2 yo stay for free. Aloha Apartments has a playground, a park and a swimming pool for your kids to enjoy their time on Norfolk.
For people with special needs we can organize wheel chair hire and provide a unit with a little bit more comfort.
