Fantastic experience staying at Aloha Apartments for the second time. Customer service was excellent - you can tell the staff really care. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had great facilities. We also used the BBQ and pool during our stay which were great. Location was great - right in the centre of Burnt Pine and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Norfolk Island.

The room/unit was simple but clean, and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. We didn't know that there was no air conditioning (non of the accommodations on the island have air con we were told) so had to do with standing floor fans which helped, although they were noisy. We're not sure if other units had ceiling fans. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately slow and patchy, but the staff kindly provided 10GB of data. While there was a smart TV, I couldn't connect it to the internet and had to purchase a local SIM card for streaming.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but despite informing three different people about my late checkout and paying the fee, we were still woken up at 8 am with a checkout reminder. On a positive note, the cafe next door was convenient for breakfast and lunch, and the location was fantastic – within walking distance to all the shops. The pool was also a great way to cool off during hot days. There is a playground for kids and you're 3 mins drive from the airport.

Overall an ok stay. Thanks to all the lovely staff.

The appartments were basic but very clean and comfortable and everything you needed was there. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and happy to please. Very central to cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

We stayed at Aloha for 10 days. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable for 2 Adults and 2 children.

The location is perfect and within walking distance to cafes and shops.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were given a complimentary late check out which we were grateful for.

Highly recommend Aloha Apartments, we will definitely stay here again on our return.

Great hotel in the middle of town. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff were amazing. So helpful and kind and super friendly. They gave us lots of personal attention. Loved our stay.

Location was excellent, could walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants. Hosts and staff were so helpful and friendly. We were given a unit at the back and for most of the week, noone was in the unit next to use. Unit was spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. LOVED out stay!

We had a wonderful week at Aloha!! The staff are so very helpful, they provided us with snorkeling gear, beach chairs and an insulated bag to take drinks to the many dinner tours on offer. Great value for money and excellent location within walking distance to everything in Burnt Pine.

If you’re on Norfolk Island over a weekend you are also within easy walking distance of the markets held near the visitors’ centre.

Stayed for a week with our sketching group, great and convenient location. Immaculate clean and well equiped room. and I loved picking up my fresh banana every morning from the bunch under the office's veranda.

Very comfortable, clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The apartments are central to town, so an easy walk to shops, cafes, Bowls Club and RSL Club.

Just home from a wonderful holiday on Norfolk. Aloha Apartments were the perfect choice for us - self contained with everything we need -clean, airy, well laid out, a delightful cafe next door and next to the main shopping area. We couldn't have chosen anything else more accommodating.

We have visited NI three times so far and stayed at Aloha each time. We keep coming back to Aloha because of its handy location, beautifully presented apartments and the friendly, courteous staff who will do anything possible to make our stay more enjoyable.

Aloha Apartments was our home for our 7 day holiday. We found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay relaxing.

We enjoyed a fabulous week on Norfolk Island staying at Aloha Apartments. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always very helpful. The apartments themselves were very clean and comfortable with kitchenettes for cooking if you wanted to. The location is perfect in the heart of Burnt Pine with easy access to coffee shops, supermarket, dinner venues, retail therapy outlets and the bank. I was here with a group of 34 and everyone was very happy with our accommodation choice.

These apartments are in a great location, the staff are lovely. The surrounding garden areas are very well maintained.
The kitchen has enough cutlery and utensils although I didn't do any cooking.

I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, the facilities but most importantly the hospitality I received from Lydia, Dylan and Anisha, the hotel’s management team.

I was sailing from Lord Howe Island to Norfolk Island when I developed severe sea sickness. I departed the boat in Norfolk Island to recover. Because of a tricky landing at the jetty I arrived at the hotel, shirtless, shoeless and in a depleted state.

Lydia didn’t bat at an eye at my’soggy dog’ appearance. Although I arrived before check in time, I was allowed to settle in early into a lovely flat/kitchenette. The staff checked in on me periodically to ensure that I was okay. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional.

The Aloha Apartments are in a perfect location with easy access to the shops, Bowling Club (recommended for evening meals).

On my last day, Lydia met me at the airport waiting area to see me off with her lovely smile. I can’t thank the staff enough for such a wonderful and restorative visit.

Oddly, my boat landed a week later in the Bay of Islands in Northern New Zealand. Surprisingly, the Aloha Apartments have a sister hotel located there. While I didn’t stay there, I’ve no doubt that the facilities are similar.

We stayed in a deluxe apartment for a week, with friends in nearby rooms. The location was perfect, so much you can walk to and only a few minutes drive to anywhere on the island. They had snorkelling gear to borrow. The staff were very helpful. Apartment had everything we needed. BBQs next to the pool proved very useful. Also, a table outside your room and a picnic set in the cupboard if you wanted to take it out for the day! We would stay here again for sure.

Great location, very comfortable king bed and although no air conditioner the fan was quite adequate and that was over Christmas.
