We were very happy with our recent stay at Aloha Apartments.
The location was great, within walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants.
The room was well equipped and the staff were helpful in booking car hire.

Very central on Taylor's Road, so close to all 'CBD' places. Good pool onsite.

Clean, comfortable and well positioned close to all shops. High tide cafe attached to apartments has the best food. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

A fantastic place to stay on Norfolk Island.

We stayed at Aloha Apartments for nine nights in January as a big family group, booking four units, and it couldn’t have worked better. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, and well set up, with servicing done efficiently and at sensible times. The maintenance staff were active all week and clearly took pride in keeping the place in excellent condition.

The kids absolutely loved the pool and were in it almost every day. One of our youngest grandkids even learnt to swim there without his floatie, a pretty special memory for the whole family. The pool and BBQ area were both well used in the great weather.

The central Burnt Pine location is excellent, close to all shops and amenities which made getting around very easy.

Anisa was wonderful from start to finish, friendly, helpful, and a real gem. From our first enquiry through to our last day, she made everything easy and welcoming.

It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all ages, from grandparents to grandkids. We’ve already looking at coming with other family members for Bounty Day in June. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend better accomodation for a family with young kids…

Aloha ticks every box, the staff are friendly, the location is basically in the middle of town, the pool and playground next door for the kids, as well as the rooms being so clean and modern.

We will most definitely be coming back.

Aloha Apartments are an excellent place to stay in Norfolk Island. It is ideally situated in the centre of the town (only town) with all shops, restaurants and stores a short stroll away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. we had a medical emergency and the efforts to help us through were great. Thanks Team.

Located in the centre of town, making it very easy to get any where on the island in 10 minutes with a car. If you don't have a car, there is lots of options on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with a family emergency and needing to suddenly extend our stay. The apartments have everything you need, and are clean. The wifi isn't strong for working off of but ok for internet browsing. We will go Aloha next time we are in Norfolk Island.

Aloha is on the upper end of the scale in comparison to other accommodation on the island (from what we’ve seen and heard).

The staff, as others mentioned, are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect - smack bang in the centre of town, so it is walking distance to the Foodland supermarket, cafés and restaurants, the airport, etc. Scenic lookouts are a bit further out but easy to get to. Plus, the clothesline is a great bonus and very useful.

With that said, there are definitely some things that could be improved… Understandably so, there is no aircon on the island, thus it can get humid, so ceiling fans would be a great alternative to the noisy stand fans. Additionally, there should be more shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms as it ran out quickly. Most importantly of all, the wifi was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would work fine, the next, no one can log on and browse the internet, whereas nearby restaurants have strong connection?

Otherwise, if we were to return to beautiful Norfolk Island, we’d definitely choose to stay at Aloha again 😊!

Excellent stay at Aloha Apartments. A little dated (kitchen and bathrooms) but still very neat and clean. Service was excellent as well as the location (next to bowls club, opposite supermarket [Foodland], up to 10min walk to other restaurants / eateries). For our group with 7 children, the playground and park opposite was really great. We never got to swim in the pool as we swam at Emily Bay but there is the option if you need it. Washing machines onsite also handy.

A very pleasant and relaxing holiday place. Our apartments were clean and comfortable and accessible to the shopping area and to dining venues e.g. the bowlo. The Aloha staff were obliging and helpful and made us very welcome. The pool was great.

Aloha apartments were clean and roomy. The staff were all nice and welcoming. They provided us with a picnic basket and blanket for our stay which was handy. The apartments are very well positioned in town with cafes, clubs, supermarket and general shopping all nearby. When we return to Norfolk Island we will choose to stay at Aloha again.

We have had a wonderful week here. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable, including the bed which is important as I have a back problem. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Very grateful.

Just returned from a wonderful week on Norfolk. Such an amazing place and the accommodation was perfect. Centrally located in town, easy walking distance to shops, cafes & restaurants, and some of the attractions. Aloha Apartments were spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens, friendly & helpful staff.
Tripadeal and Baunti Tours took care of the rest with buses to other attractions, with amazing drivers who graciously shared their knowledge. Such an interesting place - I understand now why the locals are so passionate about their home.

Super Friendly Staff. Comfortable Spacious Apartment (had Deluxe). Easy walk to shops / restaurants / Visitor Center. Pickup stop for all tours. Kept us informed of flight changes when they occurred.

Beautifully presented rooms and grounds. Immaculately clean and gardens were well maintained. Service was brilliant. Nothing was any trouble. Managed to have a last minute car hire organised by staff with the car delivered and picked up from our accommodation. Brilliant stay. Well located on the main road in Burnt Pine.

What a great find. We had a wonderful week on NI with Aloha as our base. Apartments were spotless and fully equipped with all you could need. Lydia and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. Central position on the main street enabled us to walk to shops and restaurants, yet still have a quiet space to sleep. Highly recommend.

Had a week at Aloha. It was a delightful experience. Ideally situated in town, the apartments are clean, comfortable and well-furnished. Management is friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time at Aloha last week. We had 17 in our group and all pickups and drop offs were on time. Aloha staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely urge anyone thinking of going to Norfolk Island the stay at Aloha for the convenient location as well as the welcoming staff.

Sue and the team at Aloha Apartments were great. The apartment was perfect for our group that ranged from 92 to 6-months old. The apartments have been really well renovated and the environment is relaxed for families, with plenty of green space plus a pool and playground next door. Aloha is a great location in the centre of town, walking distance to the shops and places to eat.

Our stay at Aloha apartments was a memorable. I cannot speak highly enough of alohaThe units were clean modern beds comfortable. There is not enough room on this post to note everything. The staff were excellent and at times went above And beyondin Service. I would recommend anyone going to Norfolk to put aloha number one on their accommodation list.

Our chosen accommodation was perfect in every way. On arrival we were dropped at our unit and met with a "halloo", information, our hire car and a smile. We had everything in the unit needed for a weeks stay. We were picked up from Aloha for our tours. Situated in Burnt Pine with easy access (walking distance) to shopping, information centre, clubs, cafes and markets. Very central to everything on Norfolk. The staff informative and friendly, as were Islanders in general.
Loved our stay and our Norfolk Island adventure. Couldn't recommend it more.

We used a delux apartment close to the road although it was behind the pool and the departure lounge so not close enough to hear any traffic noise. We hired a car but walked most places to "town". The flexibility of a car means that you can go to lots of places on the island without paying for a tour which really adds up. We also used cash for most things especially the markets and fresh things like cookies, coffee and meals~ things that we bought regularly. There is a cafe on site frequented by locals and plently of others so there is no shortage of places to eat. Being winter, it did rain2/7 days but not enough to really dampen our spirits. There is nothing like being inside and warm and dry when it is storming outside. Water is scarce so every drop is welcome. Although the apartments have absolutely everything to self cater, we brought long life milk, tea bags and snacks. Foodland, their everything store is about 3 minutes walk away with pretty much everything you need. The chickens and rooster morning calls were all the noice we heard. Bring a torch as there are no street lights. We used a head lamp to walk home after dinner. You really need something warm as the wind can be really cold but there's no such thing as bad weather~ just bad clothing!
. it was a very relaxing break for us and one which we would recommend to people not keen on swimmingor culture "sparrows" who are not into museums as much as some others.

This is the perfect place to stay when you visit Norfolk Island. We stayed in the delux self contained apartment and found it comfortable, convenient and the location was perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We would choose to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We arrived to find the units were older than we expected. But they were immaculately clean and had all amenities needed.
The location is central to shops, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants etc.
We hired a car for 3 days, arranged by the friendly reception staff. The car was essential as there is no public transport and the beach and Kingston were too far to walk. The WiFi was patchy, which they were working on to rectify. The $30 SIM from the Information Centre, just 50 mts away, solved that problem. I would stay at Aloha again and recommend it to anyone.

The island itself is Mother Nature at its finest and beautiful Emily beach with its stunning warm water and colourful reef and fish number 3 in the world understated.

Fantastic experience staying at Aloha Apartments for the second time. Customer service was excellent - you can tell the staff really care. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had great facilities. We also used the BBQ and pool during our stay which were great. Location was great - right in the centre of Burnt Pine and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Norfolk Island.

The room/unit was simple but clean, and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. We didn't know that there was no air conditioning (non of the accommodations on the island have air con we were told) so had to do with standing floor fans which helped, although they were noisy. We're not sure if other units had ceiling fans. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately slow and patchy, but the staff kindly provided 10GB of data. While there was a smart TV, I couldn't connect it to the internet and had to purchase a local SIM card for streaming.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but despite informing three different people about my late checkout and paying the fee, we were still woken up at 8 am with a checkout reminder. On a positive note, the cafe next door was convenient for breakfast and lunch, and the location was fantastic – within walking distance to all the shops. The pool was also a great way to cool off during hot days. There is a playground for kids and you're 3 mins drive from the airport.

Overall an ok stay. Thanks to all the lovely staff.
